Placing Orders
Our business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Acceptance and delivery of all purchases is expressly conditioned upon the satisfaction of all past due accounts with MMG Technology Group, Inc. and subject to management approval.
Shipping
It is our policy to ship standard orders that are placed by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time the same day.
Damages and Shortages
If you receive a product that has obviously been damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery. If you notice the damage after the carrier has left the premises, please contact the MMG Technology Group’s Customer Service Department immediately at (800) 326-3230. Any claims for shortages must be made within 5 working days of receipt of the order to our Customer Service Department.
Cancellation Policy
Because of MMG Technology Group’s same-day service, most orders are prepared for shipment the same day of the order. Therefore, an order may not be cancelled. If the order is no longer needed, please refuse the order. If the order has been received, please call MMG Technology Group’s Customer Service Department at (916) 326-3230 and request a return authorization. A restocking fee of up to 25% may be assessed and all freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Credit Policy
• No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. We will not issue an RMA number on orders over 90 days from the invoice date. All credit claims (short ships, etc.) must be made no later than 5 working days from the invoice date. An RMA number is good for 15 days. • The cost to return the order will normally be the responsibility of the customer. If the return is a result of our error, we will issue a Call Tag to pick up the product. Any orders sent back without prior approval will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
• We grant credit for returns only if the product and the packaging (including instructions, labels, etc.) are in resalable condition.
• We cannot give credit on any product if the product has been used.
• We cannot give credit on any product if the original packaging has been discarded.
• We cannot give credit on any product when either the product or the manufacturer’s boxes have been written on or otherwise marked in any way.
• All products must be shipped in protective outer boxing, with the RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the shipping box. Any product returned without the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box will be returned to sender.
• Only those items listed and determined to be in resalable condition will be credited. Merchandise not originally purchased from MMG Technology Group will not receive credit.
• All obsolete and close-out merchandise items are not returnable for any reason.
• All hardware returns must be received within 15 days of the invoice date. Returns after that date will not be accepted.
• A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied if a product is returned due to customer error. All product that is returned as defective will be inspected. If the product is not found to be defective, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied.
